Recently, our company decided to change coffee companies. We wanted great customer service and organic coffee at an affordable price. After interviewing a handful of candidates we decided to go with Pistol & Burnes. Our sales representative came with samples, and let our company try the coffee for a week at no charge. The reaction from our employees was great and we signed up for their service, fingers crossed they would deliver on the promise of great customer service. WellŠ..it has been a few months now and we are totally thrilled with the service and the product. Our employees are happy and so are our clients and customers. Being that we are in the business of “Green” it was only natural for us to use an organic coffee, but what was even better was that it came with such awesome customer service with an affordable price.
Recently we had a meeting in our office with some customers. I offered them coffee as I noticed they did not bring their own as they usually did. They had a cup of Pistol & Burnes and commented to me on the way out that we had great coffee. The next time they arrived for a meeting in our office one of them said to me “Do you have any of that coffee made ? I purposely didn’t stop at our coffee shop on the way here because I knew you guys had that great coffee”.
Knowing our customers, clients and employees enjoy the coffee, and being able to tell them it is Fair Trade Organic is awesome !!! We are very happy with our service from Pistol & Burnes from all aspects and look forward to a great continued business relationship !
